    Hi there, Does anyone know if rice bran oil is as nasty as seed oils for the old ticker? I can't find any info that I trust?

    Hi I have read on another post that Rice Bran Oil is on the Bad list.

    It says David uses Lard.

    Some people use coconut oil. I don't know what that would taste like.

    From the Wikipedia article:
    Rice bran oil has a composition similar to that of peanut oil, with 38% monounsaturated, 37%polyunsaturated, and 25% saturated. 
    The 37% of polyunsaturated oil would be the reason it's on the baddies list.
