Just like anything low cal it contains artificial sweeteners which as per David's list is your call. Basically artifical sweeteners are fine fructose wise however the long term side effects of using them is unknown. Fructose wise perfectly fine.

Personally I use the normal stuff which is about 8% sugar, because I only have it once in a pancake Tuesday.
