    Good Afternoon Everyone,

I know a menu planner would not work for everyone but am wondering if anyone has put one together that they wouldn't mine sharing?

Just having trouble in where to start. (especially lunch as this is eaten at my desk).

    Kindest Regards

I have lunch at my desk too, do you have access to a microwave? Basically I have left overs, I make sure I make extra from dinner the night before and maybe add some extra veges and take that.  Other times I may have salad (lentil, feta, baby spinach and roasted pumpkin) or toasted sandwiches (tuna or ham and cheese) with yoghurt.

    Hi there,

I've just had lunch at my desk...

A piece of bread, with avocado, small bit of mayonaise, 75 gm of chicken breast heated up, it was yummy and satisfying.  I also do leftover roast lamb, boiled eggs, or a tin of tuna.

I keep the digital scales on our kitchen bench at home as I like to know how many gms of chicken, lamb etc I am eating.

This all takes a bit of preparation, but you get used to it.  I prepare my husband's, kids and my lunches the night before as I am getting dinner ready, as I work 3 days and the mornings are too rushed.

Or leftovers are a good idea also.
