    Peter and I have been off sugar for thirteen months now and don't miss it a bit. My question is has anyone made Lamingtons ? If so could you let me know how the chocolate coating mixed with dextrose works instead of the usual icing sugar. They were always a favorite of peter's and I would love to surprise him with some.

    hi we made lamintons using the vanilla cake recipe out of sweet poison book page 213 with the chocalate glaze page 218 they turned out  fantasic.mmmm
