    Hi I have just purchased the powdered version of Staminade Lemon Lime Fusion and am a little confused as my understanding was that this was okay.
    On the ingredients label it says it has glucose under the sugars 1.8g /100ml but also indicates Sucrose 4.3g /100ml.
    As it has Sucrose does this mean its out of play.

    sucrose is just another name for sugar so it's half glucose and half fructose.... all the comapanies out there are starting to get tricky by changing names of the sweeteners and labels.
