Soy Protein Isolate

    I am interested in opinions on Soy Protein Isolate(Tony Sfeirs brand). According to label it has less than 1g sugar per 30g serve, & less than I g per 100g serve. My reason for including this in our diet is to provide additional protein as we lean towards a vegetarian diet.Would appreciate some feedback on other peoples experiences & opinions of Protein Isolate.Thanks.

    the only problem with soy is that it's high in Omega 6, which is a huge no no, according to David's book "Big fat lies"
