    I agree totally Janelle, before going fructose free, I trotted off to the chemist in search of a shake that wasn't specifically to lose weight (or bulk up - horror!) but becuase like you I dind't have time for a proper breakfast and needed something quick I could get down on the way to work/daycare/kids activities etc that gave me adequate vitamins to get me through till I had time to have a proper meal. I was actually told that this was an extreamly common reason for women in particular to buy these shakes.
