    I am a little bit confused about cold meats, I love to eat lots of salami,  i have started to eat full fat salami instead of the low fat. Is this any better, is salami full of sugar?

    Hi Joanne late reply but just look at some of the labels I eat salami all time most are okay but check anyway.
