    Hi Everyone

As of today I have been sugar free for 2 months, this is my second attempt, last time round I lasted 5 months and then Christmas, New Years and my birthday hit and I was not prepared and fell of the wagon.

Last time round I remember the belly fat and hip fat coming of right away and also the bloating disappearing with in a month, however this time round my measurements have not changed, the weight has not moved but the most annoying thing is that I still get bloated, has anyone else had this problem and did it change eventually?

I have read thru the forums and suggestions around weight loss and the low carb diet for a while, maybe this is the same with the bloating??

    Any help is appreciated

    Hi Marsha

Yes the same thing has happened with me did 3 months went on holiday came back got straight back into s/f an weight went down the first week,  then it was all bad news from there. The bloating has been bad, so I started to think about what was i doing different from back then, and the only thing I could think of was making my own bread in a bread maker so started to wonder if maybe my slices were too big or was if it is the bread. So have gone back to burgen rye bread which  I ate when I started. I only had 2 slices for lunch yesterday an no other carbs (as I've been reading the same things). An was down 500gm today so as much as I dont want to give carbs up I will try to limit them to 1 meal a day an see if that helps the tummy bulge an the weight loss. I also got some rice pasta to try.

    cheers Deb
