I was reading the forum and someone mentioned this recipe but I cannot find it. Can someone point me in the right direction to it? I figure it would make a great after dinner dessert as a treat occasionally.
    TIA, Jean

Good luck with that Jean.......I would use liquefied coconut oil or melted butter for this, thinking about David's warnings about seed oils and heating olive oil which turns it into a trans fat.
    cheers

Oh thank you Freda for letting me know about the fats. I have already tried it and used macadamia oil - not sure what that is classed as. It turned out beautifully - I can only eat a quarter of the recipe at a time though.
