    Hello Ann
If you click on the link below, it will take you to a page with a search bar. Put in the search bar: "Dried fruit" and in the next bar click the drop down box "Fruits" and it will take you to a list of lots of different fruits.
Scroll down and you will find a few dried fruits in that list..........each one, when clicked on will give you the information you are looking for
    http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/consumerinformation/nuttab2010/nuttab2010onlinesearchabledatabase/onlineversion.cfm?&action=search
If you scroll down the individual fruit page, the nutritional panel is at the bottom
Not all dried fruits are represented but if you compare some of these dried fruits to their fresh ones, you will see how much the fructose becomes concentrated per 100 grams...........it's quite a shock actually! You should be able to apply this to most dried fruits versus their fresh counterparts.
I think that the amount of fructose concentrated in the dried fruit can be what makes us eat a bigger volume of them. Also, a small packet of sultanas, according to David equals a huge number of fresh grapes which we may find quite hard to eat.
Personally, I never touch dried fruit, but that is my choice, others may eat limited amounts.........everyone is different when it comes to this Fructose free way..........but to me......Fructose free means exactly that and I don't each much fresh fruit either preferring to be a savoury eater.
Most of the fructose I DO eat comes in vegetables and nuts where the fructose is countered by the fiber content.
    cheers
    Freda
