You can buy a pure whey no flavour protein powder from health shops not sure what the sugar content is as I dont have the packet anymore but its a gold packet an a bit more expensive than the others I haven't used it since being sugar free, but my son is slowly finishing it.

You can buy whey powder that contains no sugar, no flavours etc so all you need to do is mix it with milk.  I got a recipe book from Marks Daily Apple website which has heaps of different recipes for replacement shakes (my fav was banana bread, which was water, protein powder, banana, cocoa and ice.... so yummy and refreshing as breaky on the go).  Also Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Powder is perfectly safe, contains stevia and xylitol (on David's your call list), they have plain (no added sweeteners), vanilla and chocolate flavours.  You can get Aussie Bodies from your chemist (only the protein powder is acceptable, their other products contain nasty sweeteners).

Hi there is a great product produced by 180 nutrition, it comes in two flavours chocolate and coconut.it has heaps of ground seeds like chia, sesame, flaxseed almond meal sunflower kernels psyllium husks. All of this is really great for your bowels.I freeze water in my mixing bottle then I add milk and mix.I leave it for about 3/4 hour then its really icy cold to drink and the water has mixed with the milk.Delicious  Debbie
