Hi all,
I am two weeks in sugar free, I've already started noticing that things that I never found sweet which have under 2% sugar are starting to taste really sweet, so is fruit. I leant my Sweet Poison Quit Plan to someone and I can't remember, what signs should I be looking for to know that I have withdrawn from sugar, I remember David saying that it normally takes 3 to 4 weeks, but I can't remember if there were any other signs, besides time.
Thanks
Belinda
I suggest you get your book back chop-chop or buy another copy :-) It's a very useful guide, especially the tables of no-nos.
The most reliable measure of a fructose-free diet's results is your bathroom scales :-) It may also pay not to dwell on the whole process too much. Just stick to your new way of eating, and focus your mind on other things.
