    Hi David,

I know the subject has been raised before, and it is suggested that a Dry Wine is okay.
Is that inclusive of both Red & White wines that are dry?  Also, has anything further come from your understanding of the metabolic process of digesting alcohol that may be of concern?
I am not a wine drinker, however my mother has been FF now for almost 2 months and is doing really well, but she would like a wine or two every now and then.

    Thank you, Kim

Alcohol is covered at Page-68 of Sweet Poison Quit Plan  Most of the wines your Mum is likely to like are under 2% sugar [so 1% fructose].  The very sweet sauterns, porphyrys etc may have up to 8% sugar and the liqueurs are loaded with it.  Beer, spirits etc are all OK too. Most of the sugars have been converted to alcohol.

Thank the Lord!!  Reminds me of the story of the doctor who told his patient "No smoking, no drinking and no sex . . .  now, what else do you like?"..
