one of the reasons we like dates so much is that they are very high in sugar. Even fresh, they are full of it.
So, for our daily fruit allowance they are a no no.
And the amount of sugar in them makes them not good for us at all.
With unsweetened Greek yoghurt, it's best, if we have fruit with it, is to stick to berries.......blueberries are excellent. And one notices that they are very low in fructose as they don't taste even half as sweet as dates.
