I, too found it in Big W, Rockdale Plaza in Sydney, (don't know where you are). It was in the home brew section, & cost sround $4.00 a kilo.
I think we have all decided Rice Malt Syrup is ok as a substitute for golden syrup, honey, maple syrup or brown sugar to some extent, but i wouldn't use any of it other than in baking/cooking. Although someone out there likes it on their Oatmeal (porridge) for brekky. Can't quite remember who, Bron, maybe , or Janelle??
Haven't got the packet any more for the Dextrose, though, so can't remember what was on it.
