Hi I was wondering how vegetable juice freshly made from Carrot and Celery and a little fresh Beetroot sits with a sugar free world?  I REALLY LOVE  my regular glass each morning and hope it is ok, I would hate to give it up.

I don't think juice is any good as the fibre is missing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, someone, but a smoothie is the better way to go, yeah?  That way, you just whiz all the stuff together, and that way, nothing is lost.  I don't know, haven't tried it, but watching cooking shows that make stuff in a food processor don't necessarily peel everything first...as I said, not sure? I too love veg juice, but have given it up, (the bought stuff, V8 etc) but would say, if you did it yourself, should be ok. (I'd peel the ginger or onions, tho' if using....lol)....

Please correct me if I'm wrong, though.

With Jucing, you just end up with the juice and throw out the pulp.  A smoothie would be processing the whole fruit (after cleaning or peeling), and drinking pulp and juice together. That way you are getting the whole vegetable in a thick liquid form.
