Forme yoghurt

Quick question- I was eating some Forme yoghurt (which falls into the top 10 on David's list- in fact is number 3). However, having a quick look at the ingredients out of interest I noticed that the list includes Inulin. In fact it says 'Dietary Fibre (Inulin)'.

The Quit book definitely says Inulin is bad, and that manufacturers are able to label it as fibre, when it is really a bad sugar (my summary anyway).

But perhaps there is a reason why it is ok in this yoghurt? Either that or, since the list David made was in 2008, the clever manufacturers have reformulated the Forme to include inulin...

So- if it's ok to have, I'd love to understand why inulin is ok in this instance?

If it's not- then no question, just a heads up that the recipe seems to have changed!

(I'm looking at the Forme single tub- 170g- of blueberry. I haven't got other flavours at home to check)

    Cheers

Jemma - you're spot on - Inulin is not good ... must redo that list!  Thanks for the heads-up

    Cheers
