Why are they so different in the sugar component when it seems they're made from the same thing?

Interesting ... I'm not sure Michelle ... it sounds like the second one is 'padded' with cornstarch ... do they taste the same?

Thanks David. Is cornstarch bad? I couldn't tell you if they tasted different unfortunately, I opened them both and dumped them into the same tupperware container! Any tips about which one would be better? Is there a difference between 'glucose powder' and 'dextrose monohydrate'?
