Glucose (DP1) = 28 - 32
Maltose (DP2) = 33 - 37
MaltoTriose (DP3) = 4 - 6
MaltoTetrose (DP4) = 2 - 4
MaltoPentose(DP5) = 2 - 4
MaltoHexose (DP6) = 2 - 5
MaltoHeptose (DP7) = 14 - 18
No fructose!
She also quoted the info on the label to me, as they did to you. Anyone got any problems with this? Please let me know!
So, I'm convinced, (about 98% !) I will definitely use it in my Anzac Biscuits. Have been holding off making them (that's my excuse etc) trying to get my dearly beloved to make them, he loves baking/cooking, but hates measuring out the ingredients, so it looks like a joint effort, should be fun! haha...both of us in our tiny kitchen at the same time......well, not sure it's a good thing, on past experiences!!
