Hello Jill, you only have to look on the ingredients and nutrition lists. Obviously the plain yoghurts are fine, no added sugar and must be full fat to be ok.
The Paris Creek website actually shows the ingredients and nutrition guide on their website so you can see that the ones with added fruit are actually 6% more sugar than the plain one. It's the added fruit that makes them have too much fructose by far. I remember David has said in Sweet Poison that the fruit yoghurts are really the same as ice cream and equate with confectionary and are to be avoided. So, any plain yoghurt is fine, the sugars in it are simply lactose which turns into glucose.
