I made the Coconut meringue cake from the Sweet Poison Quit plan book and it only uses 95 grams of butter and is absolutely delicious. I made it as my contribution to a lunch with friends and they are not fructose free...........everyone loved it so much they all had seconds and the piece left over got spirited away into their fridge before we left.
