Has anyone tried Sweet William Brand Chocolates?  Take a look at their website, for nutritional info on: http://www.sweetwilliam.com.au/index.php/Products/ViewProduct/38 - the sugar content is just 1.7 per 100 g.  Would this be OK to have?  I'm very new, so have no real idea.  I wouldn't be having this all the time, but as a treat sometimes I thought it might be OK.  Apparently available at Big W.

Ohhh! Wouldn't that be lovely :).  Hope somebody answers this one as I'd be keen to find out.  Though I've just started and probably won't risk eating chocolate until I'm well into the FF withdrawal - maybe in a month or two.

Just a thought, check the ingredients label and see if it says polydextrose, inulin or maltodextrin.  I'm not sure I'm able to explain fully, but David writes about it in the Sweet Poison Quit Plan, pg 185.  In a nutshell, he recommends to steer clear of these additives as it seems they breakdown in the intestine into fatty acids and do not elicit a "full signal" to the body as regular fat does (just like fructose).

I just got busted with this.  I thought I could down a nice 99% fat free "Rush low fat" flavoured milk drink....only to come home and research the ingredients and find out the second ingredient listed is polydextrose....oh well, it was a nice treat while it lasted (while I was ignorant).

Thanks for that.  It does appear to have inulin ... I knew it was too good to be true !!!! :(
