Hello Christine
Milk doesn't have any fructose in it, the sugar is all lactose, which turns into glucose, which is fine. The sugar content of your skim sounds very high, though. Is it a flavoured milk. You would need to check the ingredients list to make sure they haven't added sugar. Normally the lactose in milk is approximately 5.7gms.
David reccomends not using any low fat products as they can adversly affect the lipids in our cholesterol.
Have you read his books? It's all in there and he uses full fat dairy products, he says that when our appetite control kicks in after we have got over withdrawals from fructose, we eat only the fat we need.
