i was looking for some advice! I am going to a friends bday dinner tonight at Lemongrass Thai Bistro in Adelaide. I have looked at the menu early this morning to try and find somethin suitable to eat, but they dont give much information. Does anyone know what are good options for Thai dishes? here is the menu too http://www.lemongrassthaibistr o.com.au/3.php ?
Also i wondered aout other foods such as sushi and cold rolls, minus the sauce, does it just depend whats in them, for example a tuna sushi roll, would be ok because its not sweet chilli? Same with like an egg or veggie one?
Im just learning! :)
Hello Jess
Thai food can be a problem because they usually use brown sugar in their ingredients. You could stick to mixed vegetables, no added sauce and fish cakes.
Sushi rice has quite a lot of added sugar in it and should be avoided.
