Don't fear, everyone looses weight at different rates. My first week I list 2kgs, then I kept putting it back on. Eventually I stopped weighing myself and started measuring my arms, legs and waist. I have lost over 10cms on my waist and 5cms on my arms and legs. Because I exercised and also doing weights I was putting on a lot of muscle. I'm happy about my muscle mass at the moment so it's just about maintenance now. Also your appetite control may not be fully functioning, make sure you are not finishing your meal because it tastes good, which was the problem I used to have myself.
