    Hi David

I am just wondering where you get your gluten free rolled oats in the muesli in your book.  Are the carmens oats gluten free as it doesn't say that on the box?  Just wondering.

Also another question.... Do you know how much sugar/fibre is in a mango?  My family live in North Qld and I am going home for the holidays and would like to know if I can eat mangoes.

    Thanks

David answered this one for me recently- they are about the same as apricots on his chart- so to be eaten with caution.

We get gluten free "rolled rice" or "rice porridge" from our local health food shop. My husband (a coeliac) loves them for breakfast.

Hi, Paula, I had forgotten all about this, I never ever heard back from that place, so Googled it for you and found this site, link here:-

    http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Cookbook:Gluten-Free

This says they are not gluten free, nor is barley, which I was interested in myself. Made interesting reading, No doubt there are many more sites with such info expanded upon.

    Good luck....
