Hi everyone, I'm new as well - have lasted a bit over a week so far. I'm just a bit confused over the whole sugar addiction concept. It makes complete sense to me that our bodies do not process fructose and it is what kick-started me testing the theory however when any other addiction is overcome it requires complete removal of the substance one is addicted to (i.e. nicotine, alcohol).
However, with 3g in any food item containing sugar and 2 pieces of fruit a day (I love fruit), won't I always be pining for sugar? It's not realistic for me to make all my food from scratch as I work full-time, study and bring up 2 children. What to do.....
