Is the high fibre in wonder white bread inulin? On the packet they describe the fibre comming from specially grown corn, called Hi-maze which is high in resistant starch (resistant starch is also found in cold potatoes and cold pasta and slightly green bananas) which gives it its prebotic effect.

Anyone got any clues on this?  Inulin is not on the ingredients list.
