    Hi everyone,

I am in my fist week of being frutose free all is going quite well. My husband and I eat alot of salads and I would normally use a Balsamic, mustard and honey and olive oil homemade dressing. Does anyone have any ideas as to what can I use as a alternative?
Look forward to seeing your reply
    regards

Hello Karen and a huge welcome.
We use lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil......... we like the fruity one from Aldi.
    Good luck with your journey

Can I get the reciepe for the salad dressing? The book suggests using mustard too. Can it be made and stored in the fridge like bought dressings?

    Hello Margaret
Two tablespoons of olive oil............we use the Aldi fruity one
One tablespoon of either lemon juice or red or white vinegar
Half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste.

We make ours up each time we have salad and have never stored it in the fridge. Olive oil goes solid in the fridge and I don't know how long it would last if made of lemon juice.

    cheers
    Freda
