Hi Susie, we live at Redcliffe and I get the dextrose from our local Woolies supermarket in the home brewing section.  It's a Brigalow brand and called Dextrose Monohydrate.  My husband bought some brewing sugar once from a home brew shop and it was mostly sucrose, so be careful!
