How does the flat type of Mountain Bread rate with Fructose or sugar levels. In the ingredients it doesn't have sugars on the list infact it states no sugar added but the nutritional info says sugars 2.3g per 100g. Any ideas??

Must be naturally occurring in one of the other ingredients? It's fine.

It would be natural from the other ingredients so nothing too much to worry about. Just checking their website, watch out for the white with source of fibre, it has added Inulin Dietary Fibre which is bad.
