Eating fructose in fruit is not as bad for you as in other forms of food. Is the same true for seed oils? Are they OK or less "harmful" if taken as the whole seeds, as in meusli e.g., than taken as oils, margarines etc?

Yes... well that's my opinion anyway. You're not going to get an awful lot of any oil in a few seeds for starters.
