I don't know about others, but I simply make sure that anything I eat that is a processed food has less than 3% sugar in it.
I probably don't eat anywhere near 10gms of sugar per day and, like you, eat a lot of high fat food.
Which I enjoy.
Well done for having come this far with your journey, there is plenty of support here and on the free Sweet Poison forum where you can track others journeys.
We are all different in the way our bodies react to foods, but one thing we all have in common is that once our appetite control kicks in, we all eat far less food overall. And the fats take care of themselves.
