Hello, I've been sugar free for 18 months now and feel so very healthy,I'm down to my idea weight, no more foggy head, so worth the initial battle of the detoxing stage.  At first people just laughed at me saying I was crazy, over the top, especially when I said no more non-fat foods for me. Now those people are interested and want to know more. 'The proof is in the pudding' as they say.
I have read David's book Big Fat Lies and have now for 6 weeks cut out all seed oils. My dilemma is my body can not tolerate dairy milk, even lactose free milk or goats milk so I have always had PureHarvest organic malt free soy milk. I have not been able to find ANY non dairy milk that does not have sunflower oil in it. So I am putting this out there to see if anyone might be able to shed light on my dilemma. Thanks  Deborah I.

Giving up sugar doesn't seem to have been too much of a problem. So why not give up on milk ?  :-)
Have you tried searching the internet?  I found thishttp://foodallergies.about.com/od/dairy/tp/milkalternatives.htm  which seems to offer some aternatives.  David recommends agains soy products.  See SPQP  pp61-62.
