I have never been much of a sugarholic, but do love savoury foods, especialyy codimonts. After reading BFL I realised I was in fact eating a lot of sugar. But I have found a wonderful product "Armanda's Cuisine". (You can google her). I first discovered her at the local Growers Market but now she's in my local IGA supermarket. She claims her products are vegan, gluten free, umprocessed and sugar free. Her spicy Roasted Eggplant relish has 2.4gms sugar per 100 gm, and the divine Eggplant Kassundy 3.0gm per 100gm. She originates from africa. Maybe you need to live in Perth to buy her goods, don't know if she exports to the east coast.
