    once your taste adjusts you will find that plain old grilled meat is the best! Your taste buds adjust and things that you didn't like you may actually like now because things taste so much better.

    I agree.  I used to make an onion jam that I always put on meat, but I find now I am quite happy without it.  I refer to my chilli jam, but the truth is, I only pull it out if the meat is dodgy ( I'm working through our freezer and tonight it's roo sausages, I bet I need the chilli jam to eat those ).

    I don't mind a bit of mustard occasionally and funny you mention sausages, I had pork sausages for lunch, ones I get from my local butcher they are devine!
